- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Awful. They rescheduled my booking to a male doctor when I specifically requested a female doctor without even so much as a courtesy phone call or text to notify me of the change. Receptionist (older woman) possibly the worst attitude of any receptionist I've ever encountered. Plus she handed me a new patient sheet already filled in from the previous patient with all their personal details and medical history filled in!
